How We Help
At initial assignment, we perform a comprehensive assessment of the real estate holdings, their physical condition, marketability / saleability, and a plan on how to best optimize the real estate holdings for sale. This assessment is to help build consensus among the advisors, personal representative, heirs and beneficiaries.
Once all parties are in agreement on the disposition of the estates real estate holdings, the Quantum team proceeds in optimization the property and preparing it for sale. We handle the removal of contents (personal property), coordinate needed repairs & maintenance, and bring the property to the best possible state to be received by the marketplace.
At that point, our team aggressively promotes the property for sale not only to prospective purchasers, but also to the real estate brokerage community. We provide regular status updates to all parties in the transaction and recommend adjustments to the marketing strategy on a regular basis.
Our primary objective is to achieve the best possible value for the real estate holdings while minimizing the costs of ownership and holding time.
